You found your way in
Pieces of memory linger and can be overwhelming.
Some of you will never be here. Most won’t even know this space exists. But you did. You found your way in.
I’m glad you did.
If you’re reading this, it means the book carried you far enough to want more. Thank you for letting it into your hands, into your memory. This space is for what lingers, sketches, fragments, riddles, secrets not meant for the main stage.
Objects of Devotion isn’t about wholeness. It’s about the pieces we keep. The ones we can’t let go of.
Where do we go from here? We follow what pulls. I’ll leave the first trace soon.
Until then, think of this as a studio door left unlocked, a notebook left open on the table.
We are made of fragments.
Memory doesn’t return in order, it slips in, piece by piece, filling gaps we didn’t know were empty.
